AoA. Xray quality is not good, but seems like you have fracture base of fifth finger.
You can consult for further treatment.
Till than you can use painkillers and elevation of foot and no weight bearing.

main thing is to immobilisation isko kuch arsa istamal na karain hilain julain nahi and wazan na dalain ye thek hojaeyga, but best option other than plaster is to use an orthosis which u can wear and take off accordingly and even walk with that.. visit or have online consultation with an orthotist prosthetist.. it will help u 100% inshallah
