Last four months I have pain in my left heel it's continue day and night I have weight but I am with the same weight since last 5 years
is the pain worst when you get up in the morning? duration? any radiation? associated numbness? cold feet?
any lab tests/ xrays?
i think if the pain isn't improving then you should get yourself checked by an orthopedic surgeon in your area..
meanwhile take medication for pain
