Talk to Orthopedic on I Have Sacral Bone Pain Since 1 Month. I Take Alot Of Medicine But Nothing Help.

xika rapid, neoprox caflam, medigestic forte, phloginSR-100, xobin, movax. i consume all these medicines given by different Doctors. but nothing help. My xray is clear. and after taking these medicine i feel weakness and suffocation. what should i do.
If it is coccygodynea, it is almost always self limiting. May be its something else. I suggest seek in person advice.
Use Coccyx sparing cushion. avoid sitting on hard surfaces and minimum sitting height is chair. dont sit on anything lower than chair. Try to Reduce weight if obese.

Walk daily for at leat 40imutes.
