Talk to Orthopedic on Incomplete Cervical Spine Myelopathy

I got incomplete cervical spine injury 8 year's ago, cause of what I have spasticity and (hyperflexia) I have sensation 100 out of 100 like normal people I can feel even light touch and I can move whole body parts and even stand up by myself and walk a little bit while holding walking stand,but my hamstrings are so tight and stiff and that makes my knees buckle up while I'm walking,and force my legs to be bent,mostly left leg now,I can't afford to pay doctors fee's anymore due to my poverty, cause I'm only one son of my parents and I belong to a poor family, I can even tell more in details,if someone wanna help me for the sake of Allah in this holy month of Ramadan, please ? it's my humble request to all neurosurgeons, orthopaedics and homeopathic doctor's etc

for now,I'm not using any medicine, but before I have used baclofen and after that tizanidine also, but it does makes me feel weak in other muscles also like quads
so It made hard for me to stand up
2nd cause of suffering from this worse sickness by 8 year's almost and spending a lot of money, now my family can't afford to pay any fees
so I can't go for check up from any doc and buy med's
I'm only one son of my parents and dad is old now and works in a fan factory.So even house groceries is hard for dad to buy.i hope you understand our situation
