Sir I'm 24 years old and I have a joint pain whenever I walk long distance or walk upstairs I suffer from knee joint pain , ankle joint and I also feel my thigh muscle pain and sometimes I have a legs and elbow joint pain. Kindly review about my problem thanks

Sir usually i have legs pain and sometimes i have a sudden knee pain mostly at night sometimes in one knee and sometimes both.
but when i walk upstairs i feel knee pain.
