I am a 23-year-old male experiencing severe pain in my spine and multiple joints, including my shoulders and knees. The pain started around 5 years ago, initially localized to one area of my spine, but gradually spread to other parts of my spine and joints. I also experience stiffness, especially in the morning or in cold weather.
