Asking for Other Female 27 , Multan
27yr old female k/c of IBS & Asthma having bilateral pain and discomfort in knee joints,wrists,elbows, small joints of hands, more marked in ankle joints for more than 1 yr .No tenderness or redness. Symptoms increases on exertion.
Hb 11.4 ,TLC is normal,ESR,CRP, n RA factor negative.
On vit D n calcium supplements for few days.
Get ANA done. Also, please share xrays.

2. What are the exam findings of the knees?
3. Did you do Uric Acid Levels and Vitamin D levels

1.Vita D Deficiency
2. Chondromalacia Patellae in Knees
3 Seronegative Arthropathy.

3 biopsy
4 x rays

IBS has a relation with joints. treat it and joints will get better. i have multiple questions to ask the patient and also need LFT test complete blood CP report and anticcp. diet modification also required
