Assalamualaikum Mera problem knee ka hai, running krty howy jab Mera weight left leg py Aya to left knee twist hoa aur Kuch totny wali awaz ai thi,ab 1 week k bad pain to nahein hai but knee full open aur close nahein hota aur chalny mein problem ho rahi hai.plz batain ye Kya issue hoa hai aur Kya main exercise kr sakta hun. Wintogino ki malish kr Raha hun aur nuberolforte ki tables ly raha hun. main abhi out of city hun aur koi doctor available nahein hai iss area mein.

Aik Xray krwayen Knee ka. Us k bad ksi doctor ko check krwayen apna knee joint. apko MRI ki zarurt ho skti hai. Knee k ander pathay hotay hen jo jor ko pakar kr rakhtay hen wo toot jatay hen. Pehly diagnosis bnay ga phr elaj hoga.
