Talk to Orthopedic on Knee Pain And Weakness

Asalam o alekum I developed an occasional knee pain after my second child. I kept ignoring it as it was occasional until last year in September both my knees had severe inflammation. I went to an orthopedic at National Hospital who suggested I had an autoimmune disease. All my tests related to that were negative(RA factor, Arthritis etc) yet he insisted that if inflammation keeps happening I have to be treated with autoimmune injections. I didn't follow up, got an x-ray done myself which was also normal. The medication made the inflammation go away temporarily. But my knees are not functioning normally ever since. I can't bend them completely, put weight on them or stay in one position for long. There are days when the pain is so much that it disturbs my daily routine. Even today I'm pain while I'm resting. The point of pain starts from A to D. The swelling is around that area too.

Can someone please guide me on what I'm supposed to do or where to go?
