Talk to Orthopedic on Left Wrist Didn't Healed 4 Months After Accident

Hi, I was in a bike accident on 5 Jan 2024 in which I landed on my left hand. I visited an orthopedic doctor who recommended a plastic surgeon since I didn't have any fractures. I did a scaffold of left wrist view X-ray twice, the first one the day after the accident and the second one after two weeks. Since there wasn't any fracture the plastic surgeon recommended to keep doing stretching exercises.
It's been 4 months and my left wrist hasn't completely recovered. I can't rotate my left wrist backward to 90 degrees. If I left heavy weights my ability to rotate my wrist gets short after a while.
What type of doctor should I visit and what tests should I get done before visiting the doctor?
Please help I've got to travel long term this year.
