Talk to Orthopedic on Legs And Arm Pain

I have pain in legs and right arm, I did vit d test 6 months before it was 3 after that i used indrop g inj and D.zak tablets in dr prescription then did test it reached to 53 but still i have pain in legs and arm , i can't do any work can't stand or walk for long , feel fatigue, my arm is heavy sleepy type . plz suggest any thing. I used many pain killers but not affective , no tablet work on me even not panadol.
