I am having low back pain for more than 6 years. the pain gets worst while sitting for long and during riding the bike. the pain remains in low back and not go in legs or any other part. i have attached the recent x-ray result. please help me to diagnose my problem.

MRI karwaya tha.
doctor ne kaha tha normal hai.
loss of lumbar lordosis likely due to muscle spasm.
yeh impression likha howa tha MRI mein.

I did.
he said you have muscle spasm.
I took his medicines for 2 months but it didn't help.
