I started jogging, in 3rd week i felt pain in bone at the bottom of leg, above ankle joint. I stopped jogging & started walk but same condition after some minute pain started, pain is not very much severe but it feels. Even i can't sit long on the foots. pls suggest is there any muscle pull up.

Do you jog regularly or was that first time? Generally before you even start jogging you need preconditioning and gradually increase the pace and speed. Do you feel pain in both legs or only in one leg? Get yourself checked up by an orthopedician meanwhile do icing and take over the counter pain killers.
OK avoid unconditioned jogging and get a consult. Though it doesn't seem anything serious but Will be able to elaborate after thorough check up.
