The pain is moderate, with stiffness noticeable after resting for 2 to 3 hours. However, these symptoms resolve completely after walking for 10 to 15 minutes. There is consistent pain beneath the knee while sitting and standing up.

The symptoms mentioned are of moderate severity and can be improved by change of life style, well targeted rehabilitation programne and intermittent use of pain killers. At the current stage , no needs of knee replacement.
