Talk to Orthopedic on Pain/cramps Under The Ribs

I have mild discomfort under my ribs on the left side. Its not really big pain more of discomfort, gentle cramps, feeling like expanding? Im guessing its my spleen? No fever, no swallow, no trauma. A bit of nausea after a meal, especially in the morning. Pain is kind of moving to my back and left arm. Doesn't feel like heart tho, a bit lower really. Can easily take deep breath. Started to feel really anxious tho. I used to have anemia back in the days but rather than that usually quite good health. It's 3rd episode of this type of feeling in the past 2 years, usually comes and goes in few days. Had a doctor check up 6 months ago with the same situation (only pressing my belly) and they didn't find anything irregular. I started taking iron combined with folic acid capsules when the pain occurred, thought might be low iron however a week later it doesn't stop. I have no possibility of visiting a doctor at the moment and a bit scared. Thanks in advance for help.
