Talk to Orthopedic on Pain In Left Hand Vein And Elbow Area

I'm feeling pain in my left elbow and vein of left hand today ( its happens after weeks as well as pain in upper arm somtimes) .My ecg and eco tests are normal ( Done in December 2023) I'm taking Inderal 10mg and Alp 0.5mg every night .I don't why but I'm sacred that this might lead to heart attack .Please help me JazakAllah
