I have seen your report, essentially shows multiple findings, the most significant one is the meniscal tear at the moment which might need partial meniscectomy through keyhole surgery if you have complaints of knee locking. Having said this, I would like to see you in clinic to asses your knee with detailed examination. You would also be needing extensive physical therapy to prevent the fixed contracture deformity.
