Need to examine the patient physically and also need recent xray. Agar bone unite nei hui tu redo surgery krni paray gi alongwith bone graft. But patient and xray ko dekhay bghair faisla nei kia ja skta.

Is he able to walk?
Having any pain? Limp?
Any wound? Pus Discharge? Fever?
If he has no nay problem listed above than you should not be concerned about the look on Xray.
