Talk to Orthopedic on Tingling And Sensation In Hands

hello Doctors, i am recovered from road accident my ankle goat fractured and there was injuries on forehead but its been more than 3months now am walking with some limping and balance issues which is getting better every day. but now am facing sharp sensation in my hands and when i move my head slightly down a sharp sensation start in hands and in left leg i feel low energy too as i up my head the sensation slow down but remained in hands. pl guide me
