According to xray it is advanced arthritis so decision to go for TKR is right whose expenses vary due to ,how much expensive implant is being used,in which hospital it is being done and who's the surgeon.Aggressive physical activity is'nt possible post TKR but walking will be pain free and low impact activities will be allowed.Any activity that involves running ,twisting ,jerking will not be possible.Average cost of TKR for single knee Ranges from 4 to 6 lacs.
