Question

having back pain with pain in left arm neck and jaw pain come and go usually happens when i am sitting and also feeling like stabbing pain in chest for few seconds and i dont feel any pain while i am doing some work or laying down

Your symptoms need full details history.like to rule out any trauma history or Cardiac history.
It could be due to spine related as it starts from ur back and usually at rest.
You need full work up that will include the ECG ,and back examination may b X-ray spine.Blood profile including sugar test.
