Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Karachi

My gyne suggested me for fetal echo as my previous ultrasound showed some cardiac anomaly. This is the report. Can a pediatric cardiologist guide me what are the intervention measures to be taken during pregnancy or after delivery? Thanks 34 weeks pregnancy, primiparous.

Aoa, your fetal echo shows narrowing of Aortic Valve but left ventricle ( ventricle below Aortic Valve) size and function is normal , this is re assuring ( good thing) . You must repeat the echo after birth of baby to exactly measure the Aortic Valve size and severity of narrowing and to know the type of Aortic Valve ( morphology). If the narrowing is significant or severe then baby will need opening of Valve in angiography lab.
