Talk to Pediatrician on 11 Month Old Baby Loose Motion

Assalamualaikum, my son is 11 months old and is having loose motion from tomorrow with a fever, meiny pas k doctor ko urgency mein dikhayea he is not a child specialist but gave me the syp, I wanted to ask if I can give these to my son. one is Cotarax and the other one is Opozol. are these medicine safe enough to give a 11 month old in this condition..

what feed are you giving and is he taking it well
- Continue Breast Feed.
- Give him soft food i-e Yogurt, Banana, Khachri, Crealac rice.
- Give Nimkol ORS after every loose stool.
- Care of Hygiene is more important.
-Give Syp. Zincat OD 1/2tsf 12hourly.

don't give cotarax
if you purchase opozol then give him according to his weight
syp zincat od 2.5ml once a day for 14dayz
kyb diet(khicdri, daliya,banana,or milk)
if child on bottle feed them use boil water in it or sterilize it properly
don't use cow milk just give mother or formula milk to you baby and if still issue persist then take Consultation with child specialist only either online or physically
if child is lazy,dry mouth, sunken eyes you can go emergency for that purpose
No don’t give it to him.Just ORS,Enterogermina ampule along banana,yogurt and khichri
