2 drops in each nostril 15 minutes before feed 4 to 6 times / days
with gentle nasal massage

if not settles then neb with normal saline 5ml 8 hourly for 5 days

1 drop 2 hourly

nebulize with 2cc normal saline for 3 days still have issue then take Consultation with earby child specialist
