Dear Sir/Ma'am my daughter is 2 months old she has chest congestion with cough, we are giving CECLOR (syp) & betnesol-N drops, also we are doing nebulizization. but still she isn't feeling well. please tell us what can we do further more. Thanks

you can neulize her with normal saline 2 ml plus 3 drops of ventoline solution three times per day

Walikumasalam dear Ma'am, yes for now onwards we stopped betnesol-N. We are giving CECLOR only, but she has very bad cough. we are nebulizing her 3 times a day. Can you please tell us how much time we required for nebulizization?

Dear she hasn't any kind of fever. Yes while feeding she has a noise in breathing.

continue normal saline nasal drops and nebs with atem 0.5 cc atem and 2 cc normal saline if baby is still having cough get an X ray chest and show it

kindly tell me more regarding her symptoms like cough is it productive having any wheezing sounds wt about general well being is she able to complete her feeder hws aptite and wt about any signs like any increase rate of respiration trouble breething or cheat indrawings

Dear Ma'am cough is really bad. She has tears while coughing. Alhamdolillah she feeds well. Generally she hasn't any kind of fever. While feeding she has noise in breathing.

Give Atem nebulizations 3 times a day for 5 days. complete ceclor for 5 days in proper dose. Add coferb drops 8 drops 3 times a day. also look for temperature?.
If the child is feeding well, breathing smoothly, and afebrile complete these medicines for 5 days and get consultation after that. InshaAllah she will be fine.
And please stop this betnesol and clenil.

nebulize for 15 minutes, 3 times day..
Add 2ml normal saline and 10 drops of Atem solution. this solution will be sufficient for 10 to 15 minutes.
