Assalam o Alaikum,
My daughter is 22 days old, she is having colic so her doctor recommended pro colic drops but nothing happened with it, still she is having gas issue and also she cries alot even after feeding and yes she spits a good amount of milk as well sometimes curdled milk and sometimes normal milk, She is passing urine 5 to 6 times in a day and stool atleast 12 times which means she is having enough milk.
she is on breastfeeding.
wsalaam. dear there is no cure for colic. it will peak at around 3m and then slowly decline after that. you need to see if you're over feeding her, give gap of at least 2 hours between feeds. burp twice after every feed. keep head end raised. do colic exercises, you can search on YouTube and see how you can perform them

no dear till 6 months just milk and nothing else. not even plain water. there is no benefit of gripe water anymore. i understand there is family pressure but maybe you can share some researches with them?

the more gripe water you give, the less milk your baby will take so it will affect her weight as well so just be careful

no her feeding pattern is high MashAllah if she is awake, keeps taking feed. She leaves only when she sleeps

thats why she is suffering from so much gas. you need to space the feeds. 2 hours gap is just between feeds. crying does not always mean the baby is hungry. the baby cries due to tummy pain and then moms mistake it for hunger and give more milk and it worsens the colic. feed spacing is very important. a child does not need to feed continuously while awake.

there are high quality anti colic pacifiers as well. and actually pacifier use decreases incidence of Sids (sudden infant death syndrome) in children till 6 months of age. if you don't want to use its fine. but you need to space feeds to decrease colic problem in your child
