A baby girl has this rash on her face. Only a mild lotion is applied on her face nothing else. She didn't come in contact with wool or any hot fabric either. The rash has been recurring for the past one month. She is breastfed.

if this recurrent , than apply thick layer of imoliant like white patrolleum jelly with pea size 1 percent hydrocortisone cream. if scalp is also with seboric than apply oil with few drop of clobederm S lotion at bed time. this is usually recurrent treat at least disapear or for 1 wk
And kindly never apply any loshion on face if it has steroids.
The mother was just applying a baby lotion. It doesn't have any steroids in it.

advantan cream... apply gently once daily for 2 wks
seems to be rash of contact dermatitis.. apply mycitracin plus cream to the affected area thrice daily... avoid any telec powder or any lotion that can cause such rash
please apply
1)Daktacort cream once daily for 1 week, followed by 2 times a week for 4 weeks.
2) Aveeno moisturising cream , morning and evening.
