Talk to Pediatrician on 4 Month Baby Liquid Greenish Stool

assalamoalaikum!! my baby is 4 months old and she is having chest congestion with runny nose at times and minor fever. I'm using steam, nebuliser and panadol with rigix at night for her. problem is she is passing liquid greenish stool with a bit of mucus maybe.. is it normal in this medication or is it motion ? or some kind of alarming???

walaikumasalam if she is passing mucus then suffering from some infection ,give her syrup zincat 2 ml subha sham for 10 days
agar watery stools hain to that would be problematic, but otherwise normal
It’s ok .personally I don’t use medication in children 4 mo old but it’s ok if prescribed by a doctor
consult in clinic for proper checkup
If she’s not getting better then go n see your doctor can’t be prescribing medication without evaluation
