Talk to Pediatrician on 6 Months Baby Experiencing Loose Motion

My niece was 6 months old when we changed her milk from Meiji 1 to Meiji 2. Then she started experiencing loose motions. The doctor prescribed Maroniga NL 33, but it hasn't stopped. We then switched to feeding her Morinaga B F 1. It's been one month, and she still has loose motions. Although she is healthy and playful, the persistent issue is concerning. We would appreciate any advice on what we should do now ( in addition to that the baby has lower two teeth at 6 month)

if she is healthy and playful and gaining weight it's no issue. teething process can sometimes be related to loose stools. first of all how many loose stools in a day? is there any gap in episodes of loose motions? any blood mucous? does she pass stool during or right after feeding? does she pass stool with flattus?

yes she passes stool 12 times a day and right after feeding... yes she is playful and active

If she is still in this condition of loose motion then she needs some treatment by which her loose motion will stop and she will be completely fine after treatment and will digest any formula milk
