Talk to Pediatrician on 8 Month Old Baby Boy Skin Acne Problem

My 8 months old baby boy is developing this kind of small red acne all over his shoulders, arms and chest (Picture is attached for reference) Baby is currently on mother feed plus soft food like cerelac rice, mashed bananas, potatoes, pudding etc. Wears disinfected light cotton clothes.

Needs to be examined properly. Seems like scabies or dermatitis . Is there any history of itching in any one in the family. Also does he get irritated?

Start to give him
Syp. Duricef 125mg 1tsf 12hourly.
Syp. Rigex 1/2 tsf daily.
For one week.
Just give antiallergic and emollient for itching
