If the child is well then no need of any medication except iron Syp Sangobion. These medications which are being given for allergy are not recommended under six months of age. igE is not that much raised to signify allergy. So stop all medication except iron
bachy ko ab cough he ya wo set he agar cough nhe to medicine ki need nhe if still cough than nebulize with normal saline twice a day and stop medication continue Sangobion only .
