Talk to Pediatrician on Applied Panadol Drops And Coldrex Serup At Same Time

we applied panadol drops 2.5ml and Coldrex serup 2.5 ml to my daughter who is only 2.5 months old. she is sleeping from 3 hours still she is sleeping now what should I do ? any one can help me the hospital is much far from my house, thanks

Wake her up and see if she is ok you need to take her to dr far or near
Plz do not give Syp. Coldrex at such a tender n younger age group in future.
Just be vigilant and do observe her vital signs, that is heart rate, respiratory rate, pulse, oxygen saturation, if no abnormality is detected that let her sleep to complete the sleeping spell.
Be conscious not to feed the baby while sleeping n in a lying down position.
