my 2months 10days old baby girl passing 2,3 times watery stool 5,6 hours gap in between each episode, is that ok or it is diarrhea?

best is to just give enterogemina ampule half daily once for five days

if she is taking feed normally and there arr no other sign and symptoms
then its fine
but if there is irritability and is not taking feed then consult a doctor for proper examination and hx
