His Hb is very low ,khoon ki bht kaami ha jis ki wajh say bhook nai lagti. he needs evaluation and need to start iron supplements along with diet modification.

His thalasemic index is below 12 so u have to go for many other tests. Like total iron peripheral film and HB electrophoresis than have to start on oral but HB is very low so he needs first of all transfusion.
