Talk to Pediatrician on Autism May Be

M concerned about my 2.5 year old son, who is speech n language delay according to his speech therapist. He can maintain good eye contact now . Knows abc , fruits animals 123.. vocabulary of 20 words max. Currenty on nemecheck protocol and going for speech therapy. He sometimes respond to his name . Plays peek a boo and many other games. No sleep issues. Doesn’t say mama baba .. doesn’t answer que, doesnt even listen to que. like what color is this. What is your name . Is he mild autistic ? Which dr to see and what to do ? Plz tell.. or m just over thinking
