exclusive breastfeedng, 8th months old, from 6 th months suffering from constipation till now, solid food: apple puree, cheeku puree, egg yolk,sagudana, banana puree causes of constipation? which meal may cause of hard poop?

increase water intake of both mother n baby..use yogurt,kheera more..baby may need tests like cbc,serum calcium,thyroid profile,stool complete,ulttasound abdomen..better to get checked once by nearest doctor
Give fiber diet and water
Then if still with constipation then add on syp Duphalac 1/2 tea spoon every 8 hrs
- Continue breast feed.
- Stop to give these purees and sagudana.
- Give soft food i-e Yogurt, Khachri, Crealac, fresh fruit Banana, Cheeku.
- Plenty of water.
increase water intake.
syp. bonnisan 1/2 tsf daily for 1 month.
