give vitamin d drops and coferb drops..if you've nebulizer you can nebulize the child With normal saline twice daily for 3 days.
Neb with atem
Coferb oral drops 5 drops every 8 hrs
Syp actidil 2.5ml every 12 hrs
Syp prelox 40mg 3 ml every 12 hrs 6 days

what symptoms you are telling are danger signs. baby is not taking feed properly and irritable. kindly get him cheked from some pediatrician.
