Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Fall Off From Bed

My son is almost 7 mo.. Today he fell of from the bed accidentally. he cried bitterly after that but he is doing perfectly fine since then.. it's been almost 6 hours and he is fine. No symptom of pain or injury. My concern is,should I go for any sort of checkup of him? to evelauate ? plz approve soon.

just observe him for excessive sleeping or vomiting. if it doesn't happen, then no need to visit
other than that, check him for any bruises or pain during joint movement
