some additional insight that may help with this situation:

The most common cause of low milk production or lack of breast milk in new mothers is improper latching and positioning of the baby while breastfeeding. This can lead to low stimulation of the breasts which signals the body to not produce enough milk. A simple solution is ensuring proper breastfeeding technique with the baby's mouth wide open and deep latching on the areola area rather than just the nipple.

Another possibility is that the mother's diet is not supporting adequate milk production. She needs to stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eat a nutritious diet rich in calories, proteins, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals - especially calcium, magnesium, B vitamins etc. home foods like oats, lentils, yogurt, eggs, leafy veggies can help increase her milk supply.

It's also important to regularly and frequently breastfeed on demand, especially at night to successfully establish milk production. Stress levels should be managed with rest and support. Herbal galactagogues like fennel seeds, shatavari, nettle etc. consumed as tea can boost lactation when breastfeeding is not satisfying the baby.

If the above measures don't help within 1-2 weeks, there may be an underlying medical cause like hormonal imbalances or thyroid issues that need investigation. She should consult a lactation specialist, ob-gyn or pediatrician for further examination and prescription of suitable galactagogues if needed. The baby's weight gain should also be monitored carefully.First try hard for mother milk if not possible via consultation and with detail history we will take another option
