wsalam. according to latest guidelines, baby ko 6 month sey pehle koi b ghuza nahi start kr sktey. filhal usko breast feed pe hi rakhen. make sure he feeds properly for 30mins at a time and then repeat every 4 hourly. agr phir b issue kr rha hai to you can book ur consultation. ill be happy to help you out.
