my baby is almost 20 days she use to feed every 1 hour if i give her 1-2 ounce milk some time she demands for 3-4 ounce milk,is it normal?? and she drinks alltogether but some times she digests and sometime she spits is almost 4 kg by birth,and shee sneez and have hickups so much is this al normal?
yes normal is she on top feed ?

it's normal.try to give motherfeed as much as possible
yes this is absolutely normal and feed your baby on demand try to give mother feed every time and mother should take adequate amount of water daily around 3 to 4 liter

Make habit of breastfeeding every 2 hour, and also make habit of burping after each feed, for atleast 10-15 mins burping each time, also give syrup motilium 1cc before feed TDS for 1 week, he will not spit out milk.
Babies hiccups and spitting little quantity of milk is normal, bkoz infants swallow air during feeding. Burp your baby several times during and after feedings and feed her frequently with a gap of 2 hour.
