Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Flat Hair

My son is 2 year 3 month old .his head is flat from the back area shown in pic. Its not bybirth after 5 6 month it happens .. i want to know is i should go to doctor for treatment .? He dont have unalligned facial feature..but he dnt talk much just speak avg 40 words Overall mashaAllah he is v active understand everything.kindly guide me wht to do.. pics r attached. this is called plageocephaly...it comes up due to continoues lye down with one side of the head.. according to you his miles stones are normal...his vocabulary is around 45 to 50 words so I think so nothing to worry
No worries at all. It's normal physiological process. Don't go to any doctor
