I need your assistance for ,my daughter growth my daughter age is 1.5 month and the facing problem is on November 2023 she continuously doing a motion every day (jab tak medicine sa asar rhta hai she is fine after jab antibiotic ka asar khtm hojata hai isko motion lag jate hai or jo khati hai motion hote hai is problem ko 2 month hogae hai .or weight be bht kam hogya 7.5 kg stomach infection hogya hai iski body ko kuch be ni lg rha na koe vitamins or na koe calcium .or rt bhr nahi sote yah sbha 7 yah 8 bje sote hai wo be 2 gnate pher ut jati hai. proper sleep ni krti (reason ?
