Hello. My baby has this red circle type of thing since she was born , but it was not flaky or itchy .. but recently it has turned itchy and flaky and it has started bleeding . It it something serious? And what should I do? She is 3 months old.

Seems to be birth mark or capillary hemangioma.
It is a self healing condition and majority improve by 5 to 7 years
It doesn't cause bleeding.
Flakiness and dryness are signs of dry skin.
Keep the scalp moist all the time by repeated oiling and avoid scraping. This would cause more bleeding
