Avoid cow milk till 1 year of age
Continue mother feed along with Infant formula if needed with weaning.cow milk not recommended at least till one yr old

Better to give formula feed at least for 1 year
If 6 months completed...start with BF-2...wait till one year for starting with cow milk...but you should start scheduled weaning...
