Get ur child checked as nutritional assessment and calories need to be checked and monitored.
baby needs growth and nutritional assessment.
- Continue Breast Feed.
- Try and Try to give him soft food i-e Yogurt, Banana, Khachri, Crealac, Egg, Sooji, Custard etc
- Start to give him Vit. AD drops 2drops 12hourly, Syp. Vidyallin.L 1tsf 12hourly.
Stop to give him, Juices, Chips, Bakery items etc

wa alaikum us salaam. it's better to get her physically checked because weneed to check her weight, height and nutritional status. medicines also would depend on her requirements depending on physical check up.
but if you are unable to get check up for any reason, then I would recommend you to try to give her home made food and make her sit on table during family meals. vitamin d and zinc supplementation might also be useful

2.decrease milk quantity
3.Make her sit on dining table during family meals
4.divert her mind during meals
