Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Not Sleeping Through Night

Asalam walaikum my baby is 1 year old and he doesnt sleep at night, he wakes up every half an hour crying, i lift him feed him he sleeps then again after 1 or half hour he wakes up crying and does this till morning. I dont know if its due to his habit of breastfeeding at night or habit of rocking and sleeping on my lap, im really very worried and dont know what to do bcz i just get 2 hours of sleep and its very frustrating when he cries like this daily and doesnt wanna sleep on bed
