asslam alikum mera baby 4 month ka hai ; Birth weight 2.5 current weight is 5.4 mera baby combine milk pe hai zyadatar mother feed krta hai din main 2 3 bar 3 oz farmula feed krta hai mere baby ko 10 days se dirhea hain zyada watery nh hai normal stool jaise hain har feed k bad stool krta hai kabi zyada krta hai kabi thora krta hai baby dehydrated nh hai or baby active hai, dr ne 5 din k liye flygl colic drops and probiotics di thi lekin abi tak zyada improvement nh hai plz advice ab kia krna chaiye ?

Baby should be fed mother milk only for atleast 6 months. Especially when they are sick, avoid giving them formula feeds. They may worsen the condition. Give the baby mother feed only until diarrhea stops.
agar watery stools nahi hain to kuch nahi karain, no need of colic drops. agar past mein watery diarrhea tha aur zinc supolement nahi dia tha to syp zincat id 1/2 tsf od for 10 days de dain. bottle gygiene ka khayal rakhain. its best k cup & spoon se adat daian. agar watery diarrhea persist karay to ors dain & het stool dr with reducing sugar done.

agar watery consistency nahi to ignore color. try to give more & more mother's milk. top feed pe issues hotay hain. raat mein rone k dusray causes rule out karain : over wrapping, nasal congestion, diaper, hunger
