Assalam o alaikum Meri beti 9 months ki h teeth nikaal rhi abhi first teeth halka sa nzr aa raha .. loose motion kr rhi 2 weeks s din m 5+ Pedi care water nhi peeti ORS bhi nhi peeti Please advice

better to come to clinic for assessment of degree of dehydration....pani ki kami k liya check karwain....if the child is not tolerating orally we can give IV ...
So better come to clinic for physical examination and management
