Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Sleep Problem

My 1.5 month old baby does not sleep properly, she just sleeps for 5 to 10 minutes and then wakes up all day. At night sometimes she sleeps for an hour or more, but that's not proper as well.
I dont understand the reason. Every time she wakes up she takes little milk and do not consume milk properly like before.
What is the cause of her less sleep.

Yes. She does not drink adequate milk, and cries while sleeping. And sleeps only for few minutes.

she should've settled by now as effect of vaccination lasts for 2 to 3 days

Is she breastfeeding or bottle feeding? how many times she takes feed? how much milk you prepare for bottle feed? how many diapers does she soil in one day? are the diapers full or heavy or light after use? How many times does she sleep in a day for how long? Can you post a full picture of her?
